Rujuta Sidhaye, is a graduate Naturopath doctor from INDIA who holds a degree from the University Of Pune, in Bachelor of Ayurveda Medicine and Surgery. She also holds post-graduate diploma in Emergency Medical Services from West Midlands UK in affiliation with Ruby Hall Clinic.Back home in India she had been working in hospital as a medical officer in almost every faculty like Surgery,Medicine, Gynaec and Obs, Anaesthesia, Cardiac Dept and emergency rooms as doctor. Through Naturopathy, she was involved in Herbal Medicine Preparation . Her general practice (6yrs) included diagnosis and treatment and also performing minor procedures like suturing, infusion of medication through IV, bandages and dressing as well counselling for the well being of the patient through life style modifications, diet and nutrition.

Off course after coming to Canada she thought of utilizing these skills and helping educate people in keeping themselves and others in need safe by teaching these First Aid skills. These FIRST AID skills are not only useful for safety reasons but also serves others by giving, identifying the need of helping others in need. Plus it benefits the employee as they are assured and count on you for helping other at workplaces. Rujuta delivers this course in a way that every persons leaves with an feeling of,’YES atleast i know what to do now in case of an Emergency’

Rujuta is active instructor for St john ambulance since 2018, and Canadian Red Cross since 2021. She has taught in Ontario and travelled to Job sites teaching First Aid Class from Sarnia to Mississauga. She also teaches Chiropractors, Nurses, Dentist and any medical health care workers, who need to maintain their BASIC LIFE SUPPORT certifications. Her motivations comes from clients like you all who willing to come fwd to help others as,’FIRST AID IS A VOLUNTEERING AID BY TAKING CHARGE AT THE SITUATION and HELPING OUT THE PEOPLE WHO NEED HELP.
